Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. If your item is a made to order product (e.g. snorkel) your order will be processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email and will be manufactured to the best of our ability within the lead time specified at the top of our page. While we endeavour to be as accurate as possible in lead time estimate at the top of our page, there are inherent issues that could and do arise in custom manufacturing, in the unfortunate event that this does happen you will be kept informed via email or phone call. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped or is ready for fitting or pickup.
If a shipping price isnt shown for your item, please contact us with your postcode and the item you are after, and we will get it all sorted for you.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our workshop in Goolwa, SA, please get in contact with us to arrange a pickup.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at BRcustoms@outlook.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
